Paid Parental Leave
We acknowledge that welcoming a child into your family is a life-changing experience. We offer paid parental leave with included super contributions paid throughout the duration of the paid parental leave, as part of our employee benefits program, covering childbirth and adoption. For employees who have experienced a miscarriage or stillbirth as a result of their pregnancy, surrogacy, Movigo Group also provides paid miscarriage bereavement leave to give time to grieve for the mother and their partner.
